Healthy Drink: Juice


Lately, this has been my favorite drink on the go in the morning. It's filled with tons of vitamins and all the healthy things I need.

Ryan and I typically juice our own juice which is the best for you. Our typical recipe usually contains kale, beets, apple and anything else GREEN. It might look gross but it's so good and GOOD for you!
