Today, I found my dress. I've heard a rumor that the first dress is usually the one you fall in love with. The first dress I tried on today was AMAZING, but it wasn't "the" dress. I tried on a bunch of dresses until I found "the" dress! Even better, it was within my budget! I was on cloud 9! I'm a pretty loyal shopper and decided to keep my 2 o'clock appointment at another place. At the second location, I tried on a selection of beautiful dresses as well, but nothing could compare to the dress from the first location.
Did I mention, I had a lovely "POSSE" with me as well? I was lucky enough to have wonderful family be a part of the experience. My posse and I regrouped and made another appointment at 4:00 to revisit "the"dress from the first location. I tried it on again and it fit like a glove, I didn't want to take it off, I think I left the place more in love with it. Of course, I wanted to share this beautiful experience with my parents and siblings. Immedaitely upon returning home, I had a Skype date with my family to share the pictures of MY DRESS. My family was smitten! Needless to say, I will be purchasing MY DRESS tomorrow!
I say YES, to the DRESS!
