Happy 2nd Anniversary Jeannie & Sam!

Tomorrow is Jeannie & Sam's anniversary and I was lucky enough to be part of their special day 2 years ago. Their anniversary also happens to land on Ryan's birthday so it's a date I will never forget.

They had a beautiful winter wedding in Asheville, NC and it was a weekend filled with love, adventure, and good people.

I wish Mr. & Mrs. Gaver a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY and many years of love and happiness. LOVE YOU BOTH!

Happy Birthday Brandon

Today is my cousin, Brandon's 27th birthday! He's a natural comedian and always looking to make someone laugh or smile. Everyone always gravitates towards his warm and fun personality. We've been close since we were young children and his friendship means the world to me.

Valentine's Day 2012

Valentine's Day is about spending it with the people you love.... right?! Well, that's exactly what I did! I spent it with my loving husband, sister-in-law and brother-in-law. It was also a celebration of Miss Nicole's 27th birthday! I made my specialties that evening... Jerk Shrimp Scampi, and my famous cherry/pineapple cake.

I had the best Valentine's day! I hope you all did too!

Rattlesnake anyone?

Rustler's Rooste has one of the best views of the city and it's my favorite place to take out of town guest. Of course we made it there last Saturday night with Kimber & Josh! It was a fun evening of country music, friends, family, and great food!

Did I mention we had RATTLESNAKE!??!

I knew this was on the menu and honestly have never tried it. I wouldn't have tried it if Kimber didn't force it on me. I'm a BIG CHICKEN! I guess.... Rattlesnake is something Josh has always wanted to try and this was his chance.

Hmmm.... What did it taste like? Tough Calamari! It wasn't that bad!

This week on GLEE they hosted a "Valentine's special" and showcasing Whitney Houston's "I will always love you"......gosh makes me want to watch the "Bodyguard" now.

Bridesmaid Dress Shopping w/Kimber

Saturday, I spent bridesmaid dress shopping for Kimber Lee's upcoming September wedding. It was tons of fun and I think I tried on every dress at Bella Bridesmaid. They were so great to work with and Kimber and I had a good experience shopping there. So many options??!! Hmmm....we can only pick one dress. Looking at the dresses below imagine them in black and full length gowns. Which one do you like the best???

Isn't ironic that they gave me Carolina blue heels to wear and Kimber is a Duke fan.
