Two Brides on 9-10-11!

Today, Barbara Vo will become Mrs. Koldos and LaSonya Guest will become Mrs.Sullivan. Congratulations to these lovely ladies. I wish them a beautiful wedding day and strong and loving marriage. Their husbands are some lucky men!

Rehearsal ...HOT HOT HOT

Last Saturday, we had our wedding rehearsal around 3:30 in the afternoon. I wish pictures could talk because it was SOOOOOOOOOO HOT and HUMID that day! I'm sure I can speak on the behalf of everybody that it was miserable. All I wanted to do was drink water!! We were sweating the whole time. Thank goodness our minister was organized and prepared because she kept us on track to get the rehearsal done. Despite being excessively hot we made it through the rehearsal. Happy Belated Birthday Jason!

September 2nd was my brother's birthday! Poor thing had to share his 26th birthday weekend with our wedding. He was a great brother and spent most of his birthday running errands with me for wedding related items. Later that day, I stopped all my wedding projects to focus on his special day......a few hours later we had an instant party at Carolina Ale House in Cary. It was a great night and we're

thankful to everyone that came out to celebrate his special day. Gosh..I think I went to bed at 2 am that night. Enjoy the photos.

Rehearsal Dinner Video

Our rehearsal dinner was an amazing night filled with love, laughter, great toasts and a VIDEO! I will post more pictures from the rehearsal dinner soon. For now, here's a video Ryan and I put together for our wedding party. Let me know what you think of our video.

OHHHhh.. Mikey!

My friend, Mikey and I go back many many years (13 or 14 years old). He was actually my first Valentine as well. We have always stayed very good friends. Mikey came to my wedding on Sunday and had a grand ole' time. He stayed out partying with my friends and cousins till 3 in the morning. The next morning, he had someone drop him off at his car which was still at the wedding venue, The Matthews House. At that point, he realized his keys were in a bridesmaid's car. He called and called and CALLED! 20 calls later..... NOTHING! So as he waited for Kimber Lee to wake up he ended up sleeping on top of his car for 4 hours. It's hard to tell but his tie is covering his eyes so he can get some proper sleep. Every time, I see this picture, I die laughing. Poor Mikey!

He had a rough Labor Day. On top of everything, he got a speeding ticket on the way back to Charlotte. We appreciate you being there Mikey! Love ya!

Our Program

I loved our programs! I was so excited to show the bridesmaids the day of the wedding. It was exactly what I had wanted and also served as a keepsake for our guests. We did it!
